Anya Taylor Joy was born in Miami Florida on 16 April 1996. Dennis Alan Taylor is a retired banker. Jennifer Marina Joy is a psychology student. She is an Argentinean who has Scottish, English and Argentinean descendance. Her mother is of Spanish as well as English heritage. The four siblings of Taylor-Joy are from her father's ex-married partners. Family resided in Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy reached the age of six, after which they moved to the Victoria district in London. Taylor-Joy said she was painful, and she refused to pursue a degree in English as she wanted to be able to return to Argentina.
